THE MECHANICS OF CIRCULAR CONNECTED BREATH
Inner Haven Breathwork is a transformative practice that uses specific breathing patterns and techniques to facilitate deep emotional release, stress reduction, and spiritual growth, guiding individuals towards a state of clarity, balance, and profound personal insight.
Where am I breathing? Diaphragmatic breathing.
Belly breathing and bringing breath into the chest.
The inhale is twice as long. 4 count inhale, 2 count exhale.
Circular connected breath. There is no Pause before or after the inhale or exhale.
Let go of the diaphragm and relax on the exhale.
Surrender. Release your attachment to the unfolding. It is always the perfect session.
